* Inspect the Shortlisted Cvs Scrutinized by the team. Shortlisted Preference wise list of Candidates. Interacting with prospective candidates-know their present job profile,designation,CTC etc as required , ask about CTC expectation. In case of specific requirement,head hunting, locating and negotiating salary & Perks
* Inspect the arrangement of Prelim and Final Interview Scheduled by the Team with the Client. Noting Family Background, Culture, Body Language, Sincerity, Attitude, Management Concepts :- POSCORB, in depth knowledge of expertise, job profile required / essential / preferred, Qualification, CTC rise expectation.
* Ensure 100% Sure Attendance for Interview/Trade Tests
* Feedback After Interviews/Trade Tests
* Train Recruitment Executives. Prepared a training Manual for Recruitment Executives. Arranging Conferences, Seminar in Technical Institute, Colleges, Management Institutes to build Prospective Database of candidates. Drafts News Paper advertisement, Application Formats, Questionnaires etc.
* Keeping Track Record Over Attendance at the time of interview,Feedback,Tentative date of Joining of candidates, Notice period required to join, Candidates joined.
